here is a list of workout videos with ridiculous names that I have done on a somewhat regular basis in the past. Needless to say, I have started running again instead.
1- “Yoga Booty Ballet” (the jewel in my crown of ridiculous workout videos)
2- “strong sexy upper body” (what!?)
3-“Slim in 6” (still not sure if this is 6 weeks, 6 months..anyone???)
4-“Back to Bollywood” (don’t miiiind me.)
5-“Strength Espresso”
6-Tank Top Arms (aka ‘tank top ribs’ since all it does it makes ur ribs REEAALLY sore)
7-Billy Blanks “Tae Bo Boot Camp” - (I have retired this one but I think it still deserves to make the list.)
8-“Ab Blast” - (ouch)
9-CardioBurnSclulpt (double ouch. the lack of spacing between the words should tell u something)
10- Surfer Girl Abs (i rest my case.)
ahhh man, if i could get 5 minutes alone with Jake id set him straight. Like as a friend. I’m just saying, he needs a good talking to.
Yeah…soooo…I’m back in Arkansas and it’s good to be back. After recording my album here on and off for 6 months, I decided I wanted to try spending some time here for real. So here I am, in a beautiful house on a lake, owning and driving a car again (which I luv) - with Arkansas plates no less. Or should I say “plate” , as you only get one here in AR, so that you can put your Razorbacks vanity plate on the front. I finally set up my bedroom studio last night which includes the new addition of my little bro’s Casio CA100 from the 80s which has the sickest pre-recorded loops, including Rick Astley’s “Together Forever”. It’s basically a karaoke machine masquerading as a synth. Last week I spent a little time back down at ‘the Plex’ aka “Global Headquarters” (pictured here, thanks to the lovely and talented Brittany McDonald) where I recorded the Paperwork album..Mitch was helping me with some ‘mix issues’ (potential name of my album?) and we drank some beers. I’m sure I’ll be spending more time down there at the ‘plex as I am starting to get rehearsals together to play some shows around town and around the South. I am starting to write some new stuff and think about recording some more songs for the album…that’s whats up. xo
